Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and spinach to the sauce. Toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper. Top with chopped bacon before serving.
