- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
