Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix apple cider, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
