- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup apple cider
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in apple cider, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
