  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in apple cider, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

  • For best results, use fresh apple cider.
  • Top with whipped cream and apple slices for garnish.
