  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add brown sugar, apple cider, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour.
  7. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for about 1 hour or until set.
  9. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
